CEO & Founder
Pricila is the founder and visionary behind HomeShine Cleaning Services LLC. Her journey began with courage, faith, and the belief that cleaning can transform both environments and lives. What started as one woman's determination to build a better life in a new country became a company dedicated to helping families find peace inside their homes.
With a background in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Brazil, Pricila brings a professional and strategic edge to the industry. Her international experience in Ireland exposed her to diverse cultures and ultimately led her to make the United States her home.
She believes that women have the power to transform domestic tasks into thriving businesses while helping other families reclaim their quality of time. For Pricila, cleaning is a personal sanctuary. She finds that the act of organizing a space aligns her mind, eases anxiety, and brings a profound sense of calm. Since 2020, she has led HomeShine with a deep commitment to service excellence, meaningful relationships, and women's empowerment.
Fernanda Bicalho
Administrative Manager
With prior experience in administration and management, Fernanda brings structure and reliability to every process she touches. She oversees internal operations, client communication, scheduling, and organization, ensuring the company runs with consistency and care.
She was the first person to join the team in this new chapter of the company's growth, a milestone that reflects the trust placed in her from the very beginning.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Fernanda combines a natural affinity for administrative work with a growing technical foundation. She is dedicated to growing alongside a team that shares her commitment to excellence and purpose.
John Medeiros
Administrative Assistant
John brings a strong technical background to HomeShine, supporting the company's systems, operations, and administrative organization. Currently studying Computer Engineering, he has developed vast knowledge in the field and serves as the backbone of the company's technical side, ensuring that tools, platforms, and processes run smoothly behind the scenes. His focus is on efficiency, reliability, and delivering a seamless experience for both the team and clients.
